We are pleased to announce the launch of Commercial Café, our new web-based rent payment Tenant Portal for 300 Park Avenue South.
Commercial Café is simple and easy to use, providing you access to:
- Make online payments
- View your billing & payment history
- Update your contact information (email & phone #)
To register for Commercial Café, please contact the Management Office for more information.
Rent and tenant charges are due and payable on the first day of each month. Billing statements are sent to each tenant at the end of each month preceding the due date. Payment of additional charges, including but not limited to tenant service requests, must be included with the rent payment. All checks should be made payable as directed by your Rent Statement and mailed to the remittance address on your Rent Statement.
Late charges for payments received after the due date may apply. Please refer to your lease for specific language.
