The Building Holidays observed each year are listed below in order to aid your planning operations during the year:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- Presidents Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Certain services are not provided on weekends and the holidays listed above.
Any Tenant requiring Holiday or after hour services may place a request with the Building Manager. Depending on the terms of your lease, there may be an additional charge for Holiday and afterhours services. Tenants who require building access must use their building access card at the 300 Park Avenue South lobby entrance and in the elevators. Access without an access card will not be permitted.
